One-Pot Keto Recipes
One pot, one meal, one round of dishes. That’s the promise with these recipes, and I stick to it. Everything goes in a single pot or pan (protein, vegetables, sauce) and comes out as a complete dinner.
These are my go-to recipes for weeknights when I want a home-cooked meal but absolutely do not want to clean up three pans afterward. Most are done in 30 minutes or less. If you’re meal prepping, these store and reheat really well since everything is already combined.
