Keto Casserole Recipes

Casseroles are my weeknight survival strategy. One pan, minimal prep, enough to feed the whole family with leftovers for lunch tomorrow. That’s the formula.
Most of these start with ground beef or chicken, add cheese and vegetables, and bake in about 30 minutes. My keto lasagna is the most popular recipe on this entire site. It’s the one recipe even my pickiest eater never complains about. I also love that casseroles reheat well, so I’ll often double a batch and freeze half for the following week.
