Bread was the food my family missed most when we went keto. Traditional bread relies on gluten for that soft, spongy texture, so recreating it with almond flour and coconut flour took a lot of experimenting on my end.
After testing dozens of approaches, I found a few tricks that actually work: whipped egg whites for lift, psyllium husk for structure, and the right ratio of fats to keep things moist without being dense.
