Keto Chaffle Recipes
If you haven’t tried a chaffle yet, you’re missing out on one of the best keto shortcuts. A chaffle is a waffle made primarily from egg and cheese. Cheese + waffle = chaffle. I know it sounds weird, but they don’t taste like cheese or eggs at all. With the right add-ins, they taste like actual waffles.
I make chaffles for breakfast, use them as sandwich bread, and even turn them into desserts. The basic recipe takes 3 minutes in a mini waffle maker and uses 2 ingredients. From there, you can customize with cocoa powder, pumpkin spice, or everything bagel seasoning. My kids’ favorite is the Oreo chaffle.
