Lavender Milk Tea Ingredients
Step by Step Instructions
-
Brew the lavender tea
Heat up the water in a small saucepan to just below boiling point (190-200°F). Add the dried lavender buds to the hot water. Cover the saucepan and let the tea steep for about 3-5 minutes. Adjust the steeping time based on your preference for the strength of the lavender flavor.
For this step
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon loose lavender buds

-
Strain & make it creamy
After the tea has steeped, strain the lavender buds into a large mug. Using a small whisk, thoroughly stir in a scoop of collagen powder to the tea to avoid any clumps forming. Add vanilla extract and honey to taste. Stir until the honey is fully dissolved. Pour the cream into a small bowl and froth it up with a handheld frother. Slowly pour the foamy cream onto the tea.
For this step
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons sugar-free honey
- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
