Bread is one of the most missed foods on the keto diet. It is also one of the most carb heavy foods. Most breads also contain gluten which is known to cause inflammation and is generally not recommended on the keto diet, especially if you are on this lifestyle for health reasons.

Without using all-purpose flour, bread flour and other gluten containing flours, low carb breads can be quite dense. The gluten proteins in the flours help to from that spongy, squishy, fluffy bread that we dream about.

Luckily, there are a few tricks that you can do to achieve a fluffy, spongy alternative that is gluten-free and tastes like bread. In this collection of keto bread recipes, you will find one of my most popular recipes, keto rolls, as well as banana bread and egg loaf. Egg loaf is commonly used to make keto french toast.

If you don’t want to make your own keto bread, here are some options to try. Base Culture makes a tasty gluten-free keto bread. Sola and Kiss My Keto make delicious keto breads; however, they are not gluten free. A common brand found in many grocery stores including Costco is this keto bread.
