Keto Donut Recipes

Keto donuts were one of the first things I learned to make when I started this lifestyle. My family loves donuts for weekend breakfast and I wasn’t about to sit there and watch them eat Krispy Kreme without me.
These are baked, not fried (though you can fry them if you want). The texture is surprisingly close to regular donuts: soft, slightly dense, and perfect for glazing. From classic glazed to pumpkin spice and chocolate frosted, these are the recipes I rotate through on Saturday mornings. Use allulose in the glaze. It stays smooth and shiny instead of getting gritty like erythritol does.
